ChuDIY Shop Refund Policy
1.Only deposit paid, no items selected yet: Full deposit refund can be applied within 7 days.
2.Deposit paid, styles selected in live stream but balance not paid and no preparation started: Full deposit refund can be applied.
3.Balance paid and the shop has started preparation: A 5% material handling fee will be deducted for refunds.
4.Balance paid and parcel shipped: Refund / replacement is only available for missing parts, damaged goods or wrong items. You must provide unboxing photos or videos taken within 48 hours after receipt. We will arrange reshipment of parts or negotiate partial refund. Refunds are not accepted for personal dislike, assembly mistakes or man-made damage.
5.Parcel rejected without prior negotiation: No refund will be issued.
6.All refunds will be returned to your original PayPal account. Processing time is 3–7 working days, subject to PayPal’s settlement schedule.
